I am honoured to be the elected Councillor for Osbaldwick & Derwent Ward on the City of York Council. I was first elected in May 2019 for a 4 year term. My Ward essentially covers the villages of Osbaldwick, Dunnington, Murton, Holtby and Kexby, and the rural areas in between these villages. I am also a Parish Councillor for Osbaldwick and attend the other Parish Councils as the Ward representative. I am your voice on the Council, irrespective of your politics or beliefs. My contact details are below, along with a simple contact form. I will always reply to your contact, however, it may be a holding reply, or a few days after you sent it.
My day job is running our family business with my wife Elizabeth and our 3 sons and daughter in law. I am also a School Governor at St Aelred's RC Primary Academy, and Archbishop Holgate's CE Academy. I sit on 2 Charity Trustee Boards, a local York based charity called Family Matters York which provides parenting and relationship courses and advice, and a national charity called CNI (Christian Nightlife Initiatives) which oversees the majority of 'Street Angels' projects in the UK. In the little spare time I have I enjoy spending it with my family, playing golf at Forest Park Golf Club, and playing the Tuba in the York RI Development Brass Band.
